Did not appreciate not having free HBO or any free movie channels.
Did not apprciate being turned down for a late check out. Check out time was 11:00 am and I asked for 12:00 but was offered a check out time of 1:00 pm for a charge of half a night.
Did not like the fact there was no continental breakfast. At least there was coffee in room.
Staff were very courtious
